* workflow: docker-build upload to DockerHub
   - Upload on release, tag, push to main.
   - Build on pr to main (amd64 only).
 * docker:
   - Update documentation.
   - Temporarily set akkudoktor/eos:main in compose.yml (with
     releases/tags it should be replaced by latest again)
