feat(ui-lvgl): Diagnostics > Noise tab for RF noise hunting
The LoRa noise floor with the board's parts off one at a time, sweeps of 850-930 MHz, the mesh channel and a 7.8 kHz zoom on its loudest point; a slow cycle of the same states for a second radio beside the device; and a spike hunt over 864-876 MHz listing the lines over the floor and their spacing (how the I2S MCLK comb was found).
