feat(ui-new): e-ink graphics on the OLED, a Trail height view

The OLED gets the arrows towards nodes in Nodes and the Path row with its
hop rings in a stored node's detail (its position on one line to make the
room); no compass rose. Trail gets a height-profile view on both. The
Status history, trail profile and calendar come from ui-core. A sim hook
turns on the advert's position for tests.
