feat(ui-lvgl): hiking trails overlay on the map

Waymarked Trails' transparent hiking layer, kept in /sdcard/maps-trails and
blended over the base tile at render time (Map tools > Hiking trails, NVS).
An area download fetches each tile's trails after its base tile, so
re-running an area on the card adds just the trails; with live tiles on, a
shown tile missing its trails has them fetched. Tiles without a trail are
stored as 0-byte files (no cluster on FAT).

a draggable frame to pick an area instead of the visible screen.
