feat(ui-lvgl): favourites as a Home card, left of the main page

Browse Source 
The six slots with unread badges on a card of their own (swiped to,
no clock), redrawn when messages arrive; the Favourites tile and screen
are gone, showFavourites() opens the card. The page dots sit at the
bottom on every card.
