Jakub 04978d8ae9 feat(tools): add Clock Tools entry to Tools > System
Surfaces the Alarm/Timer/Stopwatch screen (previously reachable only
from the home Clock page) as a System tool, via the existing
UITask::gotoClockTools() and ICON_ALARM.
