feat(oci): add Duplicati Official and hide three applications

The image published by the Duplicati project joins the catalog next to the LinuxServer one.

Bitcoin Knots is hidden until its image closes the application cleanly when it stops; EmulatorJS and SickChill, until their images are published again.
