Stable release consolidating the v1.2.4 beta cycle (1.2.4.1-beta and 1.2.4.2-beta) into 1.2.5.

- centralize the app version in a new `AppImage/lib/version.ts` — the dashboard footer, SMART report footer and release-notes modal all read from a single export, so a future bump only has to touch version.ts, package.json and beta_version.txt
- roll `package.json` and `package-lock.json` to `1.2.4.2-beta` (the lockfile was still stuck on the stale `1.2.2.2-beta` marker)
- move the previous `1.2.4.1-beta` feature list into the modal's historical CHANGELOG under its August 17, 2026 date so navigating "Anterior/Próximo" still walks through the complete history
- write the four new What's New entries for the ongoing 1.2.4.2 cycle: smarter LXC app detection (Docker promoted as parent workload during cold start, unregistered suggestions cached at startup, on-demand catalog scan), end-to-end Docker updates (Engine + per-image tracking on the 24h cycle with a "Check now" action), the 380+ workload detection catalog built from the live community-scripts source, and Pushover joining Telegram/Gotify/Discord/Email/Apprise as a native notification channel
- add the four new i18n keys (appDetection, dockerUpdates, appCatalog, pushover) to all eight bundled locales — en and es curated, the six remaining kept in English until the docs-i18n workflow retranslates them
Backend keeps every guest's modal payload (details, backups, apps, schedule, mount points) warm in-memory and exposes them through a single `/api/vms/modal-cache-all` endpoint. The dashboard hydrates its entire modal cache from that one request on page load, so opening any guest — first click or after coming back later — renders instantly. Replaces ~84 per-guest fetches with 1.
Move Monitor dashboard UI copy into translation keys and expand the English source catalog across the main pages, modals, and shared AppImage components.
Add the Monitor dashboard i18n provider, supported language metadata, message catalogs, fallback behavior, and the initial language selector/wiring for the AppImage UI.
Promote the v1.2.1.x beta cycle to stable: version markers bumped
from 1.2.1.4-beta to 1.2.2 across version.txt, AppImage/package.json,
flask_server.py (3 places) and the four UI labels in login,
proxmox-dashboard, storage-overview and release-notes-modal.
Replace AppImage/ProxMenux-1.2.1.4-beta.AppImage with
ProxMenux-1.2.2.AppImage and regenerate the .sha256 sidecar
(097e2344675d4b21f1dd18c531c956c299a6507fbc3d0c9695418063581ba2b0).
The new binary is verified on all 4 lab hosts (.50 / .55 / .89 /
1.10) — same sha, all services active, runtime version markers
report 1.2.2.
CHANGELOG["1.2.2"] in release-notes-modal.tsx consolidates every beta
in the 1.2.1.x line (12 added / 13 changed / 18 fixed), and
CURRENT_VERSION_FEATURES is rewritten with the four stable highlights:
Health Monitor Thresholds, granular dismiss control (per-event
duration + Active Suppressions panel), Apprise notification channel
parity, and LXC update detection.
