**[BLOBs Clear]** Remove 7za binrary file

I fork from https://github.com/ip7z/7zip and build from source with github Action.

So here we remove the binrary files from Ventoy source tree.
When pack Ventoy we download the pre-built binrary files from https://github.com/ventoy/7zip/releases/
