Ventoy Secure Boot Policy Update
...
- Update shim and MokManager for x86_64. I choose the shim file from Rocky Linux 9.2 because it was signed with both UEFI CA 2011 and UEFI CA 2023.
- Update Ventoy Secure Boot CA.
