docs(eink): name the GxEPD2 version GxEPD2_FastWrite.h copies from

setRamArea() and fastWrite() follow GxEPD2 1.6.2's private
_setPartialRamArea() and _writeImage() for the GDEQ0426T82; say so, so
whoever bumps the library knows to re-check them.
