Bill Plein	fe72d0321a	Allow for build-time macro to disable the bluetooth LED Several variants use one or another method to disable the bluetooth LED that is grabbed by the Adafruit Bluefruit library by default. This allows for single build_flags macro to control the behavior (default behavior if not defined, not auto-controlled by Bluefruit if defined). Ikoka Nano Variant

Created as a fork of the ikoka stick variant.

- Updated for Ikoka Nano legacy pinout
- Removed display support
- Removed user button support
- Retains I2C sensor support

Tested with the ebytes E22 30W module, companion-ble and repeater firmware versions, with an I2C INA3221 power sensor.
